When should we send messages?
You can choose to receive text updates about your order when you place one with us.

What We Ship
We provide you with updates if you choose to use Pill Prism’s text service.
We only SMS you in five different situations, and the first one (Order Verification) is required for everyone.
You receive an email alert on the other four occasions, and we only SMS you in an emergency.
Order Verification: As a fraud prevention measure, we call you after you place an order to confirm it. We send you a text or voice email to get in touch if we are unable to reach you.
Order Verification: After you place an order, we’ll give you a call to confirm it – this helps us keep everything safe and secure. If we’re unable to get in touch with you, we’ll send a text or voice email to connect with you.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been verified, we will send you an email to confirm it was properly placed.
Tracking Information: You will receive email updates on your shipment’s status, including tracking numbers and projected delivery dates.
Parcel Delivery Failure: If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first try, we will contact you immediately to make other arrangements. If we don’t hear back from you, we will text you.
Payment Reminders: We’ll give you a polite email reminder to complete any pending orders that require payment. If we don’t hear back from you, we will text you.
What We Do Not Do
Trust is very important to you. Because of this, we strictly follow these rules:
No Need for Sensitive Data: We will never text you to ask for personal information, medical records, credit card numbers, or financial data.
No promotional texts: We will only text you important information about your orders and account status. No, we don’t send spam texts.
Controlling Your Preferences
We recognize how important it is to give you authority over the messages you receive from us.
Three levels of control are available on our platform:
Partial Unsubscribe: Text us the word “Stop” to opt out of our text service. This will prevent us from texting you again until you message us to clarify.
Complete Communication Wipe: Text “Stop All” to halt all of our communications. This will end all of our emails and messages.
Data Removal: Please text us “Remove All” if you would like all of your data to be deleted from our database. After that, we will remove your account from our website and delete all of your data.
