We promise to deliver your medicines safely and reliably worldwide. Before placing an order, please check with your country’s government to determine the rules for bringing medicines from international pharmacies into the country.

Costs of shipping

Shipping costs depend on where you live, the type of product, the number of items you order, and the weight of those items.

Delivery

  • United States: 2–4 weeks
  • Two to three weeks in the US

Three to four weeks for other countries (may change depending on location and shipping conditions).

We do our best to deliver your orders on time worldwide. Still, shipping times may change due to factors such as customs processing, local handling, carrier availability, holidays, natural disasters, or other delays we can’t control. Pill Prism is not responsible for such delays, and customers should expect delivery times to be longer than expected.

Order Dispatch

All orders are sent out only after your information has been thoroughly checked. After your order is checked, it will be carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours of the invoice being issued. After you pay, you’ll get an invoice in 12 hours and a tracking number in your email 48 hours after the package is sent.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been sent, you can use the tracking number you received via email to track it. Keep in mind that the tracking number may not work for up to 48 hours after you get it. After that, it will show you how far along the delivery process is.

Customs, duties, and limits on importing

Most shipments go through without a hitch, but sometimes delays are caused by local customs offices beyond our control.
In this case, we can’t be held responsible for problems with clearance, delays, seizure, or any fees charged locally. We also can’t reship or give refunds in these situations.

Shipments that get lost or broken

Get in touch with our customer service team right away if your order arrives lost, damaged, or incomplete. We will look into it right away and come up with a good solution, which could include reshipping if needed.

Covert Packaging

Every order is sent in packaging that is hard to find. There are no markings or labels that show what’s inside, so your privacy and security are always protected.
