Keep yourself safe from scams and spam.
At Pill Prism, we take your safety and trust very seriously. Fraud, phishing, and online spam can easily target people who don’t know what’s going on. How to spot scams, keep your data safe, and stay safe while using our services is all explained on this page.
We don’t agree with spam at all.
Since the beginning, Pill Prism has had a policy of not accepting any spam. Please don’t ask us to send you emails or messages; we don’t do that. Every message we send you is either a transactional message, a support message, or one that you permitted us to send.
Online pharmacy scams that happen a lot and how to spot them
- Spoofed or fake websites: Watch out for lookalike domains that offer deals that seem too good to be true or ask for personal information.
- Phishing emails: Scammers may send you messages pretending to be from us, asking you to click on links or give them personal information.
- Ads that seem sketchy: Pop-ups or banners that say “huge discounts” or “phone-only orders” are usually fake.
- Unverified Bulk Offers: It is rarely a good idea to buy a lot of restricted prescription drugs at a very low price.
- Don’t answer emails that you weren’t asked to.
- Do not answer emails that were not sent to you. Contact us directly to make sure it’s real.
- Don’t click on links that look sketchy
- Always type our website address into your browser instead of clicking on an email link.
- Look at the email address of the sender
- Our email address is only used, like @pillprism.com. Any other email should be considered a red flag.
- Take out the spam
- Enable spam filtering tools like Gmail, Postini, or others to block unwanted emails.
- Put our site in your bookmarks
- Save the official website as a bookmark and use it every time you want to access our services.
Our Promise to Keep You Safe
- Secure Communications Only: The only ways we talk to each other are through our official email and support channels. We never call or email people who haven’t asked for our services.
- Data Privacy and Encryption: All payment and personal information is encrypted and kept safe, in line with best practices such as SSL/TLS and safe database storage.
- Open and honest support: If you’re not sure about an email or message that seems to come from us, please get in touch with us directly through confirmed channels before you do anything.
If You Think It’s Fraud or Spam
If you get a message, email, or website that looks sketchy and says it’s from Pill Prism:
- Do not answer or click on any links.
- Write down the title and sender information.
- Tell us about it right away through our support email or contact form.
- We’re going to look into it and protect all users as needed.
No spam; only safe, permission-based messages.
Pill Prism does not send mass marketing emails that people haven’t asked for. We value our customers and will only send updates, offers, or newsletters if you’ve asked us to. There are clear unsubscribe links in every message.
