Conditions for Cancellation

This is when our policy on refunds and cancellations comes into play:

  • Taking care of disagreements and complaints
  • Not having enough stock
  • Cancellations made by the customer
  • Failure to receive payment

This is to let you know that we can’t cancel your order once it’s been shipped.

Delivery Problems or Damaged Goods

If your order is damaged or not delivered for any reason, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

If you only receive part of your order, we’ll refund the full amount and charge you only for the items you received.

Query Length
